BeyondNow is a business built out of passion: a passion for writing; a passion for service design; a passion for sustainability; and a passion for winning. Having worked collaboratively across a number of public sector bids, we wanted to build a business that did more than the same step and repeat of old responses. We wanted to build a business where excellence and innovation was front and centre. Where we can work collaboratively with clients to define innovative service models that encourage sustainability, and craft bid-winning responses that articulate our clients value.
Collectively BeyondNow have over 15 years of experience across a range of public sectors including Justice, Education, Health, Defence and Construction. Individually our co-founders have lead projects worth over £2 billion, and won over £500 million in new business in 2023 alone.
Eternally curious and passionate about design, Tudor built a career around asking the tough questions, and ensuring end-user needs were front and centre. Following 10 years as an Operations Manager, Tudor moved into bidding 8 years ago to pursue an interest in IT. As an Enterprise Architect, he developed a number of winning proposals for complex European Research Projects.
As an English graduate and former academic tutor, Emma has a keen eye for detail, ensuring responses are accurate and mindfully challenged. Whilst she loves exploring creative avenues, she has always had a goal of making a purposeful and meaningful difference through words. With this drive, Emma entered the bidding world and developed her passion into a career in order to support a higher purpose.
Having now worked collaboratively on multi-million pound bids, Tudor and Emma recognise each others unique talents and expertise, using them to seamlessly compliment each other and ensure that each bid is innovative, creative and written with purpose.
